In accordance with Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, information on the processing of your personal data is provided below.

2. Personal data processed

Quote, custom production and contact forms: full name, company name, phone, email, requested products, quantity/size details and message content.
Newsletter subscription: email address.
Website use: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited. Those used for analysis are processed only with your cookie preference (see Cookie Policy).
Contact: information you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

3. Purposes of processing

To respond to your quote and information requests and to contact you,
To conduct pre-order discussions and manage order and delivery processes,
To send product and campaign information (newsletter) if you consent,
To ensure website security and prevent misuse (e.g. automated form submissions),
To analyse and improve website use if you consent.

4. Legal grounds

Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion of a contract (5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (5/2-ç) and the legitimate interest of the data controller (5/2-f); for the newsletter and analytics cookies, on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

5. Transfer

Your data may be transferred, to the extent necessary to provide the service, to hosting and email infrastructure providers, cargo companies and legally authorised public institutions. If data is transferred abroad, the conditions of KVKK Art. 9 are met. Your personal data is never sold.

6. Retention period

Quote requests are kept for as long as necessary for the purpose; if a contractual relationship is established, for the periods set by the relevant legislation; they are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
To know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
To request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate,
to request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the Law and notification of this to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
To object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems,
To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You can send your requests in writing to the address above or to info@arasimtekstil.com.tr with information verifying your identity. Applications are answered within 30 days at the latest.
